About Ryan Redondo
CEO of Youth Tennis San Diego
I serve as CEO of Youth Tennis San Diego, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that owns and operates the Barnes Tennis Center, one of the most active racquet sports facilities in the world, encompassing tennis, pickleball, and padel. At YTSD, we provide tennis programming throughout the city of San Diego to thousands of children, many from under-served communities. I am also the CEO of Taktika Padel and a partner across the broader Taktika portfolio of companies, supporting development, operations, and strategic growth in emerging and established racquet sport markets.
Strategic partner to global organizations
In addition, my work includes collaboration and partnership with leading global and national organizations such as the ATP, WTA, ITF, USTA, Major League Pickleball, USA Pickleball, Pro Padel League, Hexagon Cup, USPA, and others. These roles place me at the intersection of elite performance, organizational leadership, governance, and large-scale event and facility operations. My background is rooted in high-performance environments where clarity, discipline, and responsibility matter. From an early age, I have lived within competitive sport and leadership, learning firsthand what it means to perform under pressure, lead teams, and make decisions when the stakes are real.
